2. Data Processing and Local Storage

Local Processing: All data analysis, rule matching, and scanning happen locally on your device (Client-Side). Your keystrokes and browser content are processed within your browser environment and are not sent to our servers during standard operation.

Local Logs: The Extension may store masked and hashed values of detected sensitive information or PII (Personally Identifiable Information) locally in your browser’s storage for logs and settings configuration. This data is obfuscated and cannot be read in plain text.

3. Data Collection

For the free version of The Extension:

We do not collect, transmit, or store your browsing history, passwords, or form data on our servers.

We do not expose or share your information with third parties.

4. Commercial Version (Optional Features)

If you upgrade to the Commercial/Enterprise version and explicitly enable Server-Side Monitoring:

The Extension may transmit specific data related to detected data leaks only to our secure servers.

Anonymization: Any data transmitted is strictly anonymized and masked before leaving your device.

Non-Restorable: The data is processed in a format that makes it impossible for us or anyone else to restore or reverse-engineer the original content.

5. Third-Party Services

The Extension interacts with third-party AI services (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to apply your security rules. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services.
